Breath Therapy is one of the most effective forms of therapy to address trauma deeply embedded in the subconscious, emotional & cellular levels...
There are several exercises and methods used in breath therapy, depending on your special needs.
 
Some of the methods include:
 
  • Rebirthing
  • Holotropic Breathing
  • Coherent Breathing
  • Immune-System Boosting Breathing techniques
  • Various forms of Pranayama 
  • Breathing techniques for relaxation 
  • Breathing techniques for energization
  • Breathing techniques to help you sleep
  • Breathing therapeutic sessions for releasing emotional blockages or pain
  • Breathing in combination with Yin Yoga or other Yoga practices

I offer 4 different types of breathing sessions:
(1) You have a specific issue and would like to work through it.
(2) You don't have a specific issue but would like to just dive into yourself.
(3) You would like to learn breathing exercises that can support you in your life (e.g. how could I breathe when I am having a panic attack? Or which breath helps in very stressful situations)?
(4) Rebirthing & Holotropic breathing sessions can last up to 3 hours, are much more "work" and therefore cost more.

*It may be that one breathing session brings you well-being, but it may also be that several sessions are needed to support you in your process.
 
How much does a breathing session cost?
For a "normal" 90 min. session: 120.-€
For Rebirthing/Holotropic Breathing: 180.-€
