Service Description

In this intimate setting (we will be a small group of max. 6 participants), you will be attentively guided in therapeutic yin yoga flows. Not only will this be a space for you to let go, deeply relax, and rejuvenate your system, but you will enter into an internal journey guided by psychotherapeutic questions to aide in releasing and opening blockages on all five bodies (physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and spiritual).
